Job summary

Arbella Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Inside Sales Account Manager to support clients across MA and CT. This hybrid role combines sales, technical knowledge, and service to build trusted relationships and close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have commercial P&C experience, a license, and the ability to handle a mixed book of new and existing business in a fast-paced environment. Location flexibility includes Fall River or Norwood offices with a 37.5 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience is required.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
• Experience with commercial insurance quoting, marketing or placement.
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages, limits and rating concepts.
• Ability to assess a client’s business and risk exposures.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: respond to qualified leads, build rapport and develop client relationships.
• Prepare submissions and work with markets to secure coverage and terms.
• Analyze quotes and present client-focused coverage options.
• Manage an existing book: renewals, remarketing and documentation upkeep.
