Job summary

Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona is seeking a Commercial Lines Operations Manager to lead and support our Commercial Lines service team, focusing on operational leadership, service continuity, and high‑quality client experiences.

You will coach Account Managers and Processors, oversee onboarding and training, and ensure consistent service delivery, documentation, and workflow execution across the department. The role emphasizes development, capacity planning, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Lines account management and workflows.
• Knowledge of agency operations, E&O awareness, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Lines service team members, including Account Managers and Processors.
• Oversee department operations, onboarding and training, and capacity management.
• Ensure consistency in service, documentation, and workflow execution.
• Provide guidance on service issues, renewals, carrier processes, and coverage questions.
• Coordinate account reassignment decisions based on workload and complexity.
• Support quality control, workflow improvements, and performance visibility.
• Act as a trusted resource for agency leadership and employees.
