You will collaborate with producers and carriers to market and quote new and renewal business, maintain client data in AMS360, and prepare certificates and endorsements while providing billing support. Join a national firm with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMS360 or Agency Zoom experience a plus.
• NC Property & Casualty License required; Life & Health license a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for commercial clients, from coverage questions to claims assistance.
• Manage renewals, applications, and policy changes to ensure seamless coverage.
• Collaborate with producers to market and quote new and renewal business.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in AMS360.
• Prepare certificates, binders, endorsements, and other policy documents.
• Support clients with billing inquiries and coordinate with accounting.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and market opportunities.
