Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing seeks a Commercial Lines Technical Director in Carmel, IN. This leadership role directs the strategy, development, and modernization of technical insurance education resources for Property & Casualty professionals, overseeing content, policy analysis, and editorial workflows.

The candidate should have extensive Commercial P&C experience and hold the CPCU designation, with a focus on content accuracy and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• CPCU designation required.
• Interpret Commercial Lines policy forms, contracts, and endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, modernization, and maintenance of Commercial Property & Casualty education resources.
• Research, write, edit, and update policy analyses, articles, and publications.
• Monitor ISO, AAIS, MSO changes to reflect current language and developments.
• Lead editors, consultants, and contributors; manage editorial workflows and product initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify new educational products and customer needs in commercial P&C.
