Job summary

World Insurance Associates, a leading insurance broker, seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. You will work under a lead servicer to deliver excellent client service, maintain policy data in EPIC, and generate standard client communications.

Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent and a Property & Casualty license (or licensed soon). Strong MS Office skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.

Responsibilities

• Support lead servicer in a high-volume book of business to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system-generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers (BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance).
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team members.
• Order loss runs.
