Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and formatting.
• 0–2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or pursuing a Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard client communications using templates and forms.
• Endorse policies in EPIC.
• Create activities and assign team members in EPIC.
• Order loss runs.
