Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book under guidance of a lead servicer. You will deliver excellent client service, set up and maintain policy details in EPIC, and help produce communications to clients and carriers.

The role requires 0-2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective, timely, and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• Order loss runs.
