Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Virginia Beach is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book under a lead servicer. You will help ensure accuracy, timely service, and client satisfaction using EPIC for policy details.

The role requires 0-2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience, plus a Property & Casualty license or progress toward one. Strong MS Office skills and clear communication will help you thrive in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.

Responsibilities

Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time to meet client needs.
Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
Leverage templates and system-generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
Endorse policy in EPIC.
Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member(s).
Order loss runs.
