World Insurance Associates in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book under a lead servicer. You will ensure accurate data in EPIC, prepare communications to clients and carriers, and help with policy endorsements and task delegation.

Preferred candidates have 0–2 years in Commercial Property & Casualty, a HS diploma, and an active or soon-to-be Property & Casualty license. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining a Property & Casualty license.
• 0–2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business to ensure timely task completion.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC for easy retrieval.
• Leverage templates and system letters to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Endorse policies in EPIC as needed.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• Order loss runs to support client needs.
