Qualifications

• Minimum two years of insurance experience.
• NC Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency software (e.g., Applied EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a designated book of commercial insurance accounts with client-focused service.
• Handle inbound client requests: quotes, policy changes, certificates, and other service needs.
• Support Producers with new business and renewal opportunities.
• Gather information, complete applications, and assist with processing of new/renewal business.
• Review policies, renewals, audits, cancellations, and account activity for accuracy and follow-up.
• Assist clients with claims, billing questions, loss control matters, and other concerns.
• Communicate regularly with clients, carriers, Producers, and staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain complete account documentation and follow agency procedures.
• Maintain licensing and CE requirements as applicable.
