Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a book of business and help retain clients across our commercial portfolio. The role requires active P&C licensing, strong client service, and coordination of policy administration, renewals, billing, and renewal submissions.

Remote work is allowed within time-zone constraints with occasional on-site as needed. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually plus benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; prepare submissions and proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; ensure timely communications.
