Position Overview

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will play a key role in delivering excellent client management and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks
• Build client loyalty through positive relationships, advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
• Maintain thorough knowledge of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, submissions, and procedures
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• Coordinate renewal information with the department manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of three years of commercial account management experience required
• Property & Casualty License required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated, driven, and deadline-oriented
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
