Commercial Lines Account Manager (Large Lines - Remote in NY only)

Join us as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, focusing on large lines insurance, with a remote position available in NY. This role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and skills.

About the Role

Manage a designated portfolio of large lines insurance business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents. Conduct consultative discussions with clients to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers. Handle renewals, cancellations, and non-renewals, and prepare marketing submissions as needed. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, supporting team and agency growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management
• Experience with large commercial insurance lines
• Active Property & Casualty License (all lines)
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude, resilience, and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
