Kaplan-Insurance-Agency, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee client relationships, renewals, and adverse underwriting tasks within a fast-paced independent agency environment.

You will collaborate with producers and underwriters to support business growth and retention while delivering excellent client service. The position requires at least 2 years in a Commercial Lines role, professional demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Commercial Lines Account Manager at independent agency.
• Insurance designations CIC, CPRM, CPCU preferred.
• Professional appearance and office etiquette.
• Ability to be self directed and also work in team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve high retention and loyalty.
• Maintain positive relationships with agents and underwriters.
• Review and manage policy renewals for existing customers with attention to detail.
• Create accurate certificates of insurance and process policy changes.
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements; resolve issues for clients.
