Job summary

LP Insurance Services seeks an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to provide exceptional client service to assigned commercial accounts. You will coordinate with Producers, Account Executives, and underwriters to ensure accuracy and timely renewal processes.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 60 days), knowledge of commercial coverage, and 2–3 years’ mid-market account management in a brokerage setting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage
• 2–3 years’ commercial lines middle market account management experience with a broker
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Risk Management, Insurance or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Commercial Lines clients and underwriters following company policies and service standards.
• Provide above-standard client service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives and coworkers.
• Review insurance applications, policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy.
• Manage and facilitate full renewal process for assigned clients, including proposals for clients.
• Assist Sales Executive in identifying new business opportunities and additional lines of coverage.
