Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Account Managers are primarily responsible for servicing policies for commercial customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries including coverage questions and documentation requests with guidance from the Account Executive.
• Follow up with underwriters to obtain timely quotes and respond to underwriting requests.
• Produce binders for New Accounts.
• Prepare renewal summaries and proposals.
• Visit clients as necessary and assist in soliciting increases in coverage for large or complex accounts.
• Assist Account Executives with collecting applications and underwriting information.
