Insurance Group of Connecticut seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring properly structured, competitively priced, and proactively serviced programs. You will handle client relationships, coverage analyses, renewals, and carrier communications in a structured, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing exposures, preparing policy documents, and supporting growth through proactive client service and carrier relations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience in commercial property and casualty account management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages (GL, Property, Auto, W.C., Umbrella, Cyber).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients, addressing coverage questions and service requests.
• Conduct account reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Prepare, process, and review new business, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations.
• Develop renewal strategies, market accounts, negotiate terms with carriers, and support retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
