Acrisure in Texas is seeking a Senior Account Manager specializing in Large Commercial Lines to lead client service for a busy book and support Account Executives as needed. You will manage renewals, submissions, and carrier negotiations while maintaining precise documentation and delivering proactive guidance to clients.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, deep product knowledge, and a commitment to client success. Strong licensing and five-plus years in commercial lines are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years experience with Commercial Lines Property & Casualty
• Strong organizational skills and proactive work style
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Active Property & Casualty License

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day service for a designated book of large and complex accounts.
• Oversee and execute the renewal lifecycle, including data collection, exposure analysis, and carrier negotiations.
• Manage new business marketing, carrier submissions, quotes, and placement strategies.
• Review policy audits for accuracy and address discrepancies with carriers and clients.
• Ensure accuracy of all policy documents, endorsements, and binders; maintain data in ERP.
• Provide proactive client support and guidance to strengthen relationships.
• Issue and manage certificates, endorsements, policies, and ID cards.
• Maintain documentation in Applied EPIC and collaborate across teams.
