Job summary

The Commercial Lines Large Account Manager will oversee policy maintenance and service for a portion of accounts, emphasizing client retention and growth through renewal, referrals and proactive account rounding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Valid South Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Completion of SISR Elite, CIC, or other advanced designations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
• Collaborate to review exposures and ensure best carrier fit.
• Market, quote and prepare proposals reflecting risk-management approaches.
• Provide day-to-day service and respond in a timely manner.
• Handle initial reporting of claims and follow-up to ensure progress.
• Monitor carrier activities to fulfill endorsements and claims.
• Complete account reviews and explore additional commercial/personal lines.
• Keep clients updated on changes affecting coverage.
• Communicate professionally with clients, teams and carriers.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
