Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a large book of commercial insurance business. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling day-to-day service needs, renewals, carrier relationships, and client retention in a collaborative, on-site Glendale setting.

This client-service role emphasizes problem solving, coordination with carriers, and building trusted relationships, without sales quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Experience servicing commercial accounts
• Ability to explain insurance coverage clearly to clients
• Proven client relationship management and retention skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Coordinate the renewal process from initial preparation through completion
• Gather underwriting information and documentation needed for renewals
• Partner with the Producer to support client retention and account relationships
• Work with carriers and underwriters to obtain coverage information and renew strategies
• Review policies and coverage documents for accuracy and completeness
• Explain policy provisions and renewal recommendations clearly to clients
• Maintain accurate account documentation in agency management systems
