Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a large and growing book of commercial insurance business from our Glendale, CA office. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, manage renewals, carrier relationships, and overall client retention.

This is a client service and relationship management role, not a sales position. You will focus on strong relationships, proactive service, and accurate account servicing throughout the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor’s degree beneficial.
• CIC/CISR/CRM/ARM/CPCU beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsive service, and consistent follow-through.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other account servicing activities.
• Coordinate the commercial insurance renewal process from initial preparation through completion.
• Gather underwriting information, loss runs, exposure data, applications, and other documentation needed for renewals and account servicing.
