Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC is looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager for our locations in Middletown or Barrington, RI. This full-time, in-office position involves handling day-to-day account aspects, client communication, and negotiation of terms.

The ideal candidate will possess a Property and Casualty license and have 3-5 years of experience with mid-sized commercial accounts. We offer a supportive team environment, competitive benefits including company-paid insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous PTO.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
