Job summary

CPC Cranston P&C is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage day-to-day account operations in our Middletown or Barrington office. They will communicate with clients and handle proposals, renewals, and other aspects of the accounts.

The ideal candidate should hold a P&C license, possess 3-5 years of experience in managing commercial accounts, and be familiar with AMS 360. The role offers a supportive environment to foster professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years handling mid sized commercial accounts.
• Experience in communicating with clients, both written and verbal.
• Desire to negotiate new and renewal terms.

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Middletown, RI or Barrington, RI. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Handle all day to day aspects of account including communication (written and verbal) with clients and adding deleting locations, vehicles ,etc.
• Set up applications and negotiate new and renewal terms.
• Set up proposals.
• Work with an account executive to help address all exposures faced by commercial client.
• Introduce other products such as personal lines and benefits to clients.

Qualifications

• P&C license
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years handling mid sized commercial accounts
• AMS 360 experience desirable but not required
• Familiarity with carrier websites
