Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. This remote-friendly role supports the account team with policy administration, renewals, billing, and coverage analysis, working under supervision of an Account Manager or Producer.

A valid P&C license is required, with PT hours in Pacific Time Zone. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and analytical skills, experience in insurance brokerage, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred.
• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; renewals and expirations.
• Collaborate with team to meet service standards and ensure data accuracy in agency systems.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in collections as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with the account team regarding workload and status.
