Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. You will support the account team, process renewals, and help with policy administration while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires a current P&C license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours. Remote work is possible with onsite requirements per policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis with accuracy.
• Renewals: research, underwriting information, submissions, and client communication.
