Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers
• Manage policy expirations and renewals and assist in client research
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverage and pricing
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections as needed
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy
