Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; assist in proposals and pricing.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team; support continuous improvement.
