Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; ensure accurate submissions and coverage.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
