SAFEPRO Insurance Services in San Diego seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and renew a portfolio of commercial accounts. Responsibilities include managing GL, property, auto, and workers' comp, preparing renewal submissions, endorsements, and audits, reviewing coverage for gaps, and keeping client records current to meet renewal deadlines.

This role requires strong organization and excellent communication with clients and underwriters.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial P&C coverages and policy documentation.
• Active California Property & Casualty license.
• Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals.

Position Overview

An established independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle day-to-day servicing and renewal management for a portfolio of commercial accounts. This position is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who can manage client relationships, coordinate with underwriters, and keep renewals on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property and casualty accounts, including general liability, commercial property, commercial auto, and workers' compensation.
• Prepare renewal submissions, obtain updated underwriting information, and follow up with carriers on outstanding quotes.
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and other policy service requests.
• Review policies and proposals for accuracy and identify coverage discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients about renewal terms, coverage changes, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate account records and meet renewal deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial P&C coverages and policy documentation.
• Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Active California Property & Casualty license required.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
