The Jonus Group in Huntsville, AL is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. This onsite role targets candidates with commercial lines experience who want to contribute to client service excellence and effective account management.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio, renewals, endorsements, and servicing, collaborating with producers and staff to ensure client satisfaction. Proficiency in Applied Epic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
• Experience in independent or captive agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products, coverages, and policy servicing procedures.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lines insurance accounts from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, and other account servicing activities.
• Service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and professional services.
• Collaborate with producers and internal team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Applied Epic to maintain accurate client records, process transactions, and document account activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of service requests.
• Review insurance policies and assist clients with identifying appropriate coverage options based on their business needs.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and accountability in all client interactions.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Experienced Candidates: $50,000 – $65,000 annually.
• Entry-Level Candidates: $40,000 – $50,000 annually.
