• CA commercial insurance experience strongly preferred.

We’re partnering with a well-established, independent insurance agency in Southern California to hire a Senior Commercial Account Manager to support a growing commercial lines team. This is a career-level, service-forward role with meaningful authority, strong internal support, and a long-term growth path. You’ll manage and help build a small to middle market commercial book, working closely with producers while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in marketing, renewals, and client advising. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial AM who enjoys complexity, values stability, and wants to work in a collaborative, well-supported environment—without sales quotas or long hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and help build a generalist book of small to middle market commercial accounts
• Lead renewals, remarketing, and proposal preparation

What We're Looking For

• California commercial insurance experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC or similar AMS is a plus
• CA Property & Casualty license preferred (can be obtained if recently expired)
