Job summary

Dagley Insurance & Financial Services is a Texas-based independent insurance broker seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of commercial lines accounts. You will respond to client calls about policy and coverage questions and consult on policy changes and risk management, working closely with the assigned Account Executive.

Responsibilities include servicing artisan, hospitality, and manufacturing accounts, renewing policies, and coordinating with underwriters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience servicing medium to large commercial accounts.
• Licensed Property and Casualty license.
• Experience with AMS360 software preferred.
• Knowledge of Insurance/Brokerage business and risk management concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Independent insurance broker is seeking Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of commercial lines accounts. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will respond to client calls about policy and coverage questions and consult with clients on policy changes and risk management concerns. This position will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the assigned Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Artisan Contractors, Hospitality, and Manufacturing
• Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
• Ability to market/quote account renewals obtaining competitive coverage/cost ratios for the client.
• Experience with multiple carrier underwriters and online rating portals
• Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
