Job summary

The C&S Insurance Agency in Massachusetts is seeking a Commercial Lines Select Account Manager for a high-volume small business book. You’ll service endorsements, certificates, and policy changes while delivering consultative coverage guidance.

Ideal candidates hold an active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license, have 1–3 years in commercial lines, and excel at client communication. The role offers competitive pay, incentive bonus, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License.
• 1–3 years of commercial lines experience (small business/select accounts preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coverages including GL, Property, Workers’ Comp, and Commercial Auto.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of small commercial accounts (typically under $50K in premium).
• Handle daily service requests including endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Oversee renewals, including marketing and remarketing to maintain strong retention (95–98%).
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage needs.

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to better protect clients.
