• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license (NJ preferred).
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic a plus).

What You’ll Do

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, and coverage documentation
• Prepare renewal proposals and coordinate with carriers on quotes
• Review contracts and insurance requirements for clients
• Communicate coverage details, changes, and billing clearly
• Identify opportunities to improve coverage and reduce client risk
• Partner with internal teams and support producers as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience
• Active Property & Casualty license (NJ preferred)
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic a plus)
