Ideal candidates have an Active 2-20 license, 5+ years in a similar role, and strong mentorship and communication skills. Proficiency with AMS360 and familiarity with Epic are a plus.

• Provide end-to-end servicing including quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor and support younger producers to develop their skills.
• Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50-60 small to mid-market accounts, including industries such as construction, real estate, hospitality, and professional services (e.g., banks, legal, architects).
• Handle accounts with revenue ranging from $5,000 to $35,000.
• Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with producers on assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor and support younger producers, fostering their professional development.
• Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with retail and true Account Manager experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong mentorship abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Work Environment: Must be able to work onsite.
