We are looking for a commercial lines account manager. The pay ranges based on experience, but we offer top compensation and benefits. In office preferred to start, but open to remote for the right fit.

• Qualifications - Strong account management skills with experience overseeing commercial insurance policies and client relationships.
• Demonstrate customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g. General Liability, Workers Comp, Businessowners Policies and understanding of broader insurance concepts.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing policy changes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems (Applied Epic experience is a big plus)
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with colleagues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant insurance licenses for the state of South Carolina or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
• 2 years Prior experience in an insurance agency or related financial services environment required.
