Job summary

The Misch Group in Florida is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our local independent agency. You will support the Commercial Lines Department, ensure high client retention, and work with a team of professionals to grow our commercial business.

Responsibilities include acquiring new business, processing policies, preparing submissions for marketing, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• P&C license required or clearly in process.
• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience.
• Experience with independent insurance agencies preferred.
• Experience servicing/quoting/marketing commercial insurance with multiple carriers.
• Ability to multitask and handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with paperless systems, preferred Applied Epic management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service focus.

Description

We are a local independent insurance agency. We are growing our Commercial business and are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team of professionals. We encourage an environment of continuous training to allow for growth in the agency and for our employees. The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides complete support for our Commercial Lines Department with expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and do their part of ensuring high client retention for the whole agency. This position requires exposure to all aspects of this department with diverse day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
