Job summary

Capstone Search Group is recruiting a Commercial Insurance Account Manager in New Bern, NC to support mid-market and larger accounts with service and retention efforts. You will coordinate renewals, address coverage questions, and collaborate with underwriters to explore pricing options.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial insurance client service experience, broad P&C exposure, and an active state license. This role offers a stable career path with a supportive employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of commercial insurance client service experience with an understanding of the full account management life-cycle.
• Broad P&C coverage exposure including GCL, property, commercial auto, work comp, and more.
• Active state insurance license.
