Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines with remote work options for residents in California and surrounding states.

The role supports the IOA Los Angeles team, focusing on service, renewals, and policy administration within a generalist framework. The position requires an active P&C license, PT work hours, and strong communication skills to deliver proactive service, accurate processing, and timely responses to client needs.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (M-F 8am–5pm).
• Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned accounts.
• Work with minimal direction from the Account Manager/Account Executive to ensure production and quality standards.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage smaller-sized accounts.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account staff.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
