Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines in the United States (California remote option for CA residents). The role supports the account team with policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis, while maintaining data accuracy across agency systems.

You will assist in renewals, contract reviews, and client communications to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Active property & casualty licensing; professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included; monitor delinquent accounts.
