Job summary

Reliant Credit Union in Macedon, NY is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to grow commercial lending by developing new loan and deposit relationships and meeting production goals.

This exempt, full-time role requires 5+ years in commercial lending, SBA program knowledge, and strong communication to serve members and cross-sell products.

Flexible to accommodate some remote work, but in-person presence is expected with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending in a financial institution preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in SBA lending programs desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member interaction.
• Ability to develop new business leads and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business leads and generates qualified loan and deposit relationships.
• Serves as the primary contact for business clients, providing service and referrals.
• Reviews business loan applications and financial statements to assess borrowing capacity.
• Investigates credit history to support sound underwriting decisions.
