Qualifications include 3+ years in commercial lending, commercial credit underwriting knowledge, and strong financial statement analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lending experience as a loan originator.
• Commercial credit underwriting knowledge and financial statement analysis.
• Strong customer service attitude and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate commercial loans and deposits to grow the member portfolio.
• Interview applicants and collect data to assess creditworthiness and merits of loan requests.
• Coordinate with commercial brokers to evaluate applications and credit appetite.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with policy and regulations and structure loans appropriately.
• Network with local business professionals to generate referrals for loans and deposits.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and compliance with approved structures.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and respond to audits as needed.
