Job summary

Reliant Credit union in Macedon, NY, seeks a Business Relationship Manager to develop and originate business lending while achieving defined production goals. You will work closely with members to understand their business needs and provide tailored loan solutions.

Responsibilities include interviewing loan applicants, analyzing financial statements, cross-selling products, and coordinating with branch staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending in a financial institution.
• Knowledge and experience in SBA lending programs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and determine risk.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business leads to generate loan and deposit relationships.
• Interviews loan applicants to gather information for underwriting.
• Cross-sells products and services to meet member needs; coordinates marketing with staff.
• Reviews credit applications and financial statements to assess borrowing capacity and collateral value.
