Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent basic academic education.
• Requires 2–5 years of general business experience with 1–2 years specialized experience and advanced knowledge in HMDA, Reg B as it applies to commercial lending, and flood regulations.
• Experience with loan documentation manuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control of loan applications/modifications for compliance.
• Conduct pre-audit reviews for underwriting and documentation preparation.
• Maintain proficiency in loan origination software and related tools.
• Keep up-to-date on applicable laws, regulations, and lending policies.
