• Knowledge of lending regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan files.
• Perform pre-closing and post-closing reviews to ensure due diligence and proper documentation.
• Validate data accuracy in core banking systems and record imaging.
• Identify trends, communicate findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Loan Administration, Servicing, and Retail Lending to drive process improvements.
