Job summary

WoodTrust Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Quality Assurance Analyst to support commercial lending documentation, loan servicing, and QA activities in the Commercial Banking Department. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with Bankers and Loan Operations staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience in lending, loan documentation, or banking operations, plus an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in lending, loan documentation, or banking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate commercial loan closing documentation.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and bank requirements.
• Coordinate title work, closing requirements, and scheduling with title companies and other parties.
• Review new and existing customer files to confirm collateral documentation is complete and properly recorded.
