Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops loan and deposit relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Evaluates credit and financial status to determine lending decisions.
• Structures loans within policy and presents to loan committee.
• Assesses collateral value as part of the loan process.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and cross-sells services.
• Executes sales strategies to grow lending revenue and deposits.
• Manages loan portfolio and reviews financials for covenant compliance.
• Builds community relationships to expand lending and deposits.
• Represents the bank at local events and professional groups.
• Ensures adherence to internal policies and banking regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
