Job summary

Sanofi is launching the One Sanofi Leadership Development Program (LDP) to cultivate a leadership pipeline for early top talent. The program spans three years with three commercial or related functional rotations, starting in Sales and potentially relocating.

Placements include Cambridge, MA (Specialty Care) or Morristown, NJ (General Medicines and Vaccines). Participants select a track—Specialty Care, Vaccines, or General Medicines—and rotate within the chosen unit, gaining deep, focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
MBA at an accredited college or university with completion by Spring 2027.
Must be willing and able to relocate—Sales will be your first rotation and may require relocation.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio.
Contribute to brand strategy and tactical planning.
Support pricing strategy across indications for brands.
Refine price potential assessments; research pricing in major markets.
Coordinate budgets and strategic plans; prepare Leadership Team materials.
Build materials for internal governance reviews and share best practices across markets.
Develop and track programs, tactics, and KPIs for a brand.
Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics.
Support business development activities and financial analyses of opportunities.
