Job summary

Anthropic is seeking several Product Operations Managers to embed within core product teams. You will own launch readiness, run early access programs, and triage customer feedback, helping the team ship and learn faster.

You will build systems that connect Research, Product, and market, and you will work with Claude-powered tools to automate triage, metrics, and workflows while driving safe deployment of AI.

Qualifications

• Owned an operational program end to end that a product team relied on
• Built a zero-to-one process and scaled it
• Embedded with product leadership and moved teams without formal authority
• Shipped Claude or other LLM-powered workflows
• Managed evals and refined system prompts
• Worked with Cloud providers in partnership or GTM
• Committed to safe deployment of AI (bonus for AI Safety/Safeguards)

Responsibilities

• Ship with confidence: ensure launch readiness and go/no-go sign-offs for launches
• Close the loop with users by surfacing signals and feeding back to teams
• Run the team’s operating system: plan, review, track goals, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Build with Claude: develop Claude-powered triage and dashboards and contribute reusable patterns
