Anthropic is hiring several Product Operations Managers to embed within core product teams. You will own launch readiness, run early access programs, and coordinate with Research, Product, and GTM to accelerate ship-and-learn cycles.

Build Claude-powered tools and contribute reusable patterns to the ProdOps team, ensuring safe, scalable AI deployments. The role sits at Anthropic's San Francisco offices with a location-based hybrid policy, requiring presence in office part of the time.

Qualificações

• Own an operational program end to end that a product team relied on.
• Build a process from zero to one and scale it as it grows.
• Embed with product leadership to influence roadmap and decisions.
• Ship Claude or other LLM-powered workflows with prompts and prompts iteration.
• Direct experience managing evals and refining system prompts.
• Experience with Cloud providers in partnership or GTM capacity.
• Commitment to safe deployment of AI and knowledge of AI safety.

Responsabilidades

• Own launch readiness for your team and manage go/no-go approvals.
• Run early access and beta programs with defined questions and retros.
• Program manage model launches, readiness goals, testing coverage, and retros.
• Build Claude-powered triage, dashboards, and systems of record.
• Turn user feedback into actionable signals mapped to the roadmap.
• Set team cadence: planning, reviews, and progress tracking.
